Tom Hardy’s popular movie Venom will have a threequel, confirmed by the producer Amy Pascal claiming it’s already in the planning stages.

Talking to the Collider in a video interview, Amy Pascal has thrown some light on what the future of the Venom series looks like. She stated that it’s too early for having a follow-up to the recently released Let There Be Carnage but still they have some news for the fans.

The film Venom: Let There Be Carnage debuted the theatres in a pandemic era but still smashing records by grossing more than $90 million in its opening week.

As of November end 2021, the film has grossed over $480 million globally during the pandemic. With the movie performing well for the pandemic state, it’s a no-brainer move to make Venom 3.

In a video interview, Pascal revealed that “We are in the planning stages right now but what we are focused on is getting everybody to come and see No Way Home.”

With this interaction, it’s safe to expect that Tom Hardy is there to stay for yet another Venom movie. Being in the planning stages we do not know the details about the new movie.

Going on with the Venom: Let There Be Carnage, it hinted at a Marvel crossover by linking Venom and Eddie Brock to the current Peter Parker. “There’s the wonderful movies that Sony makes, then there’s the Marvel universe, there’s our Spider-Verse movies and we’re all very careful to work with each other in a way that is additive for everybody,” Pascal said

Now fans are waiting to see if Spider-Man: No Way Home introduces Venom into the MCU. This will be the perfect opportunity to pave a path for Venom into the universe.
