Rapper Lil Mosey is wanted in the state of Washington for not showing up in the court for a rape charge, according to TMZ. The rapper missed a court appearance on 21st April after being charged weeks prior to this.

Mosey along with one other person have been charged with one count of second-degree rape, dating back to a party in January 2020 where each man allegedly raped same woman, according to Per the Chronicle, a Washington Newspaper.

This all stems from an alleged incident back in January after a woman says she and her friend went to a cabin to see Mosey but claims they ended up getting raped by him and another man.

In the affidavit seen by TMZ, the woman reported that she suffered injuries, including bruising on her arm, neck and inner knee. If convicted of second-degree rape, Lil Mosey faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

The pull up rapper shot up to fame last year when he made it to number 8 on Billboard Hot 100 with Blueberry Faygo.
