Last year Kanye announced that that he has signed a deal with Gap. The deal mentioned that it will bring affordable range of menswear, women swear and kids’ clothes and will introduce “Yeezy Gap” in the first half of 2021.
Now as per legal documents, Kanye has locked in the logo he shared last year announcing Yeezy’s 10-year partnership with Gap. The rights for the new logo design were filed on 9th April.
The logo shoes the classic navy blue block logo of Gap, but instead of having the word “GAP” in white block letters, the logo says “YZY.” The trademark documents also revealed that the collaboration will produce handbags, backpacks, luggage, footwear, headwear, jackets, umbrellas, and more. The documents obtained by TMZ also stated that the Kanye West finalizes logo design for his ‘Yeezy Gap’ fashion line
Kanye Omari West is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, composer, entrepreneur and fashion designer. West is one of the most acclaimed musicians of his generation. Winning 21 Grammys so far he is one of the most awarded artist of all time.
Outside his music career, West has also had success in the fashion industry. His clothing line Yeezy has released shoes and other merchandise with companies such as Nike and Louis Vuitton. This made him a huge fortune for himself.
