YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake Paul has already become one of the top most talked about personalities in the boxing scene, with just three professional fights under his name. This has undoubtedly translated to huge checks for him. 

In the recently posted list of Sportico’s 100 top-paid athletes, Kurt BadenHausen, sports valuations reporter at Sportico revealed the list to the internet. The list is dominated by football players, closely followed by basketball athletes.

But the one who topped the list was none other than Conor McGregor from MMA. He was also pronounced as the highest paid athlete by Forbes. 

In the boxing category, Canelo Alvarez is the only boxer who could make it to the top 100. But Kurt also shared that Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul tied with $20 million and had just missed the top 100 list.

But with his latest signing with Showtime, Jake Paul is speculated to feature in the list in 2022, as the organizer will have many fights lined up for him already.

Reacting to the news of his just missing the top 100 list, Jake shared a tweet. It read, “oh we just getting warmed up’ also hinting towards him climbing to the top with the Showtime deal.
