Water plays a very essential role in our every basic bodily functions like breathing, digestion, getting rid of toxins from the body etc.
Human body is almost 60% water, and if you are not downing enough water – it can cause dehydration fatigue, headache, dry skin and many health problems. If the title brought you here, then maybe you are not drinking enough water.

Fatigue

If you are not getting enough water it can cause constipation. Your stool may look dry like small lumps. These are the signs. Water plays a major role in digestion and move waste in your body. Drinking plenty of water regularly can save you from constipation.

Decreased urinatiin and dark yellow urine means you have severe dehydration. It is a sign that water level in your body is low. Try drinking more water to rehydrate your body. Less urination than normal is a sign that you need to rehydrate your body.
Poor skin
Lack of water can lead to Dry skin wrinkles sagging skin etc. Hydration is the underlying cause of your poor skin. If you have a dull skin appearance its time to improve it. Drink more water for a more youthful appearance.
