Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital yesterday on 8th August. He was admitted after complaining chest discomfort and his oxygen saturation level dipped.
Dutt has been admitted to an intensive care unit and is stable, said doctors.
At the hospital, Dutt quickly underwent a rapid antigen test for COVID-19. Fortunately, the results were negative, said the doctors.
The actor quickly after receiving the negative results took on his Twitter to share the news with his fans. He wrote, “Just wanted to assure everyone that I’m doing well.” And ended saying, “Thank you for your well wishes & blessings (sic)”
In a statement to ANI, the hospital authorities said, “His COVID-19 report is negative but he is still there for some time just for medical observation. He is perfectly fine.”
While being under observation, it is reported that the doctors have ordered few more tests and are waiting for the results.
