Rapper Kanye West concedes 2020 White House bid but eyes on 2024

With the on-going US Presedential bid, rapper Kanye West was one of the candidates running for the elections after being in talks about it being on and off the table.

West mentioned that he on Tuesday voted for himself as the next U.S. president after a long-shot campaign which initially targeted to take some votes from Democrat Joe Biden.

Earlier the on Tuesday before going to cast the vote, he mentioned that he is voting for the first time in his whole life for the President of the United States. He also said that “it’s for someone I truly trust…me.”

Later on the same day, he stated that he has conceded his defeat in the 2020 elections but hints that the journey is not over. He posted a picture of himself on Twitter along with the caption saying, “WELP KANYE 2024.”

West who earlier was one of the biggest celebrity supporters of Donald Trump launched his campaign for the White House in July with some controversial statements. He has loaned $6.7 million to his campaign, according to a filing with the Federal Election Commission.
