American YouTube star Logan Paul seems to be making steps towards his journey to leave Los Angeles and settle down in Puerto Rico. There is no turning back now as the YouTuber has just listed his estate outside the city for sale.
Paul’s iconic Encino estate hit the market on Tuesday priced at $8,995,000 along with amazing photos to pair with the magnificent real estate. The photos show a beautiful garage with Rolls-Royce peeking from the parking area.
The estate boasts a closet full of shopping bags from Herme, a vast garden, swimming pool, wine cellar, billiard room and much more amenities. The 7,667-square-foot estate was bought by Logan Paul for $6.6 million in 2017.
Paul had been publicly dispensing his desire to move Puerto Rico for financial reasons. This could be the first step towards that goal after giving up on Team 10 house.
The buyer of the luxurious home will own 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 7,667-sq-feet of living space. Logan has put up a ton of efforts and money to make the home a luxurious paradise, still selling it at $9 million will get him a decent profit from it.
