Recently Triller shared on their Twitter handle that they will be dropping an announcement about the upcoming Jake Paul vs Ben Askren boxing match.
At the time fans were excited about the announcement and speculated it to be about the pre match press conference.
Now as Triller Fight Club has officially made the announcement on their Twitter, fans could not contain their enthusiasm for real as the fight date is closing on.
On Monday Triller Fight Club announced that Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta will host the 17th April pay-per view match. The platform will charge a price tag of $49.99 for the match. The Askren-Paul fight is scheduled for eight rounds. The match will be first fighting event in the stadium
A news release from Triller said the four-hour card will start at 8 p.m. ET, with the live PPV main card starting at 9 p.m. They said that it will also feature an “exciting” undercard of fights that will be announced at a later date.
But only non public tickets will be sold for the live event. Instead, Triller’s release said “a very limited number of fans and guests will be selected to join in the live event, with details to be announced in the coming weeks, and everything will be subject to stringent local, state and federal protocols due to COVID-19.”
