YouTube star Jake Paul claims that a mega-fight against Conor McGreogr is almost certain to take place in the future and has promised to ‘knock him out’.
The YouTube star turned professional boxer has won all of his three boxing bouts so far and is now set to take on former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
But just a few weeks from the bout against the former champion, being focused on his fourth pro fight, Paul has also taken up the possibility of closing up a fight against the Notorious MMA.
The YouTuber has been taking numerous shots against Conor, right from his win over former basketball player Nate Robinson. He even shared a video mocking the whole of MMA community including McGregor, Dana White and many others.
Jake Paul has now revealed that discussions have begun between both the stars’ respective teams. Speaking to The Herd with Colin Cowherd, he said: “I think it will happen. Look, I mean, I’m the money fight for Conor McGregor right now.”
“There is no other fighter right now who is on a bigger level than me that is calling out Conor McGregor and wants to fight Conor” he added.
“Our team is in touch with his team and there’s talks of it actually happening. And people at first thought I was just joking when I said I wanted to fight him,” he continued.
“But now it’s as real as it gets, it’s more real than ever and by the way, if we do fight, I’m going to knock him out, ” Jake concluded.
