The tech mogul Elon Musk has now added a new gig besides him being the CEO of Tesla and the spaceship maker SpaceX. He is going to host the long running iconic TV show Saturday Night Live.

The show has a huge history of offering stage to unexpected hosts over the years. NBC has raised questions over their show appearance from the political  world and others. 

Now the SNL is aiming for the highs by inviting Elon Musk. NBC confirmed on Saturday that the chief executive of Tesla would host the program on May 8. The announcement was made a few hours after SpaceX craft Crew Dragon Endeavour had successfully docked with the International Space Station.

Elon Musk also confirmed this news on his Twitter where he named himself as the ‘Dogefather’ considering his tweets which helped the cryptocurrency to rocket up exponentially.

Also, the pop singer Miley Cyrus and a frequent performer on ‘S.N.L.”  will be the musical guest that night.
