UFC megastar Conor McGregor has showered tons of appreciation towards India as a country whilst wishing them on the occasion of Diwali on Thursday. He expressed his massive affection for India on Twitter.
On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, UFC’s notorious champ took to Twitter to wish his Indian fans a happy Diwali. Along with talking about the festival, he also praised towards Indian doctors and mathematical geniuses.
He wrote, “The amount of Indian doctors and nurses I’ve encountered over this lifetime of violence. They just have complete care, peace and love in their soul! India I love you.”
In another tweet he also mentioned invention of chess and yoga and quoted Einstein saying, ‘we owe a lot to the Indians.’ He wrote, “India invented chess. Invented Yoga. They even thought us how to count. Einstein said we owe a lot to the Indians. There is even a golden temple in India that feeds 100,000 people a day for FREE!”
In a cryptic way, he also hinted the possible launch of his Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey in the country. In another tweet he wrote, “Whiskey is even the National drink out there! What a place! I may be some what Indian. In my soul I am Indian. Proper Twelve to India!”
