Popular internet star Austin McBroom from the ACE Family is still drowning in the lawsuits after the anticipated auction of their multi-million-dollar mansion preceded following a foreclosure outside City Hall in Pomona, California.
The luxurious mansion was put up for foreclosure after Austin and his counterpart Catherine McBroom refused to pay off their debts which had piled up to massive $9 million.
Earlier screenshots of the court documents went viral on Twitter which stated the house being foreclosed on account of missed mortgage payments. Another screenshot showed the mansion listed on Zillow labeled as a “pre-foreclosure” along with estimated price around $7.5 million.
In another picture, there is the alleged home payment history of the ACE Family. It states all the numbers of the house, including value, the loan amount allegedly taken out for the property, and the transaction history on the mortgage.
Now after the auction which was followed closely by Hollywood Fix, only two possible property buyers were seen in the auction as reported. However neither of them were willing to but the mansion for $9 million. Thus causing an unsuccessful auction and property going back to the beneficiary.
As per YouTuber SLO4N, ACE Family was helped by 5Arch Funding Corp for building their mansion. As mentioned above the property will be returned to the beneficiary which becomes 5Arch.
