Austin McBroom from the ACE Family is deep surrounded by lawsuits after the auction of their multi-million-dollar mansion following a foreclosure. The mansion has put up for foreclosure after Austin and his counterpart Catherine McBroom refused to pay off their debts which at the point had been amassed to a massive $9 million.
The colossal home has been the striking feature of their successful YouTube journey which currently has more than 19 million subscribers. The property was earlier reported of being returned to its lenders following a foreclosure sale that failed to attract any buyers.
As per California’s nonjudicial foreclosure law, the family could avoid the eviction if they “voluntarily leave or pay their remaining debt” towards the mansion.
The ACE Family shared a YouTube video where they shared the whole story about their mansion right from the reason they bought it till the time it went into foreclosure.
The couple revealed how many problems they faced during buying the mansion as they failed to get the ‘certificate of occupancy’ from the builder. Catherine later mentioned how the lack of the certificate could not get her the loan to pay back the loaned mansion.
In the video, the ACE family mentioned that at the end of the day they just want to live in peace with their children together and they are finding a way to sort things out.
