After a long series of delays Sony has finally confirmed the arrival of their latest PlayStation 5 in the Indian market. The console maker announced that the next-generation device will arrive in the Indian market on February 2nd.
The pre-orders will start from January 12th both online and offline and will be available on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Games The Shop, Shop at Sony Center, Vijay Sales, and other select authorized retail partners until stocks last at respective retailers, as per the company.
The PlayStaion 5 was originally launched in November for US and other core markets for the company. In the published statement Sony said, “We take this opportunity to once more thank our PlayStation enthusiasts for their patience and enthusiasm around PS5.”
Sony has confirmed that they will price the PS5 starting at Rs 39,990 for the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and the PlayStation 5 Blu-Ray edition will be priced at Rs 49,990. The retail box will include the new DualSense Wireless Controller.
Here is the pricing of its accessories: he DualSense Wireless Controller is priced at Rs 5,990, the HD camera at Rs 5,190, the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset at Rs 8,590, the media remote at Rs 2,590 and the DualSense Charging Station at Rs 2,590.
