Vikas Fhatak popularly known by his online alias Hindustani Bhau is an Indian YouTuber and Social media sensation who is known for making aggressive YouTube videos on controversial matters.
Bhau is famous for his aggressive styled videos on the most controversial matters. This has always made him being surrounded with controversies.
He is also known for being a contestant in Bigg Boss 13. Even though he failed to win the reality show but surely emerged as the most loved contestant. He was one of the key reasons for the show gaining huge TRP.
Rise of Hindustani Bhau
Vikas Pathak lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra with his parents, wife and son Aditya. He started making videos after the Pulwama terror attacks where he expressed his views online.
He used to make selfie videos abusing people who stand against his views. Bhau became famous after his abusive video went viral and led to a meme fest online. One of the catchphrase from his video “Pehli Fursat Mein Nikal” went viral and was used by many to create dramatic memes. This created a huge following for him on YouTube as well as Instgraam.
With all this popularity, Bhau was invited on the biggest reality show Bigg Boss 13 as a wild card entry after Rashami Desai, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shefali Baaga’s eviction. Though he was not able to make till the end of the show, he sure was one of the many reasons to watch the show.
He was also well appreciated for his social works. Even during the coronavirus pandemic he was seen helping the needy. Bhau also runs an NGO in Mumbai
Even after Bigg Boss, Bhau kept on expressing his opinion on other in his aggressive tone. By now he was loved by youth for raising voice against the social issues, but on the other side people have also started disliking him for his usage of abusive language in videos.
Fall of Hindustani Bhau
Earlier a year-old video of comedian named Agrima Joshua was resurfaced which showed her ridiculing Maharashtra Government’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue project in the Arabian Sea. This caused a huge rage among social media.
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena’s activists were reportedly seen barging into the café in which the sketch was shot. They damaged the stage and furniture in one of the café’s performance rooms.
With lots of offended people taking shots on her socially, a video surfaced on the Internet that shocked many of us. A YouTuber and vlogger Shubham Mishra uploaded a video on the social platform threatening sexual assault against Joshua.
In the video he gave rape threats to Agrima Joshua for the comments made by her. Eventually, Shubham Mishra was punished by the police and was thrashed by people too. After this, questions were raised on Hindustani Bhau too as Shubham was actually a product of Bhau’s influence.
Bhau also raised voice on the issue of the comedian making joke on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He received a lot of negativity for it. With this incident Instagram deleted his account followed by Facebook deactivation his page.
Since then there are now whereabouts of Hindustani Bhau. Also, there is now Intel about when he will make a comeback.
